Even though there actually is no evident proof you have required amount of kills, I can confirm he has enough, but he is wrong with the amount he listed. I checked earlier today and he had 4000 kills and 5000 deaths. (Even though it does not make a difference.)

Overall this application is weak and doesn't show to me why you are different than any other applicant.

Sections I think are weak and should be answered with some more effort are numbers 8 and 10. That's all.

Yeah i can really tell and notice that this application is has pretty weak reasons why you should join. Maybe next time you should actually provide more information on why you think Biohazard is good for you and express your feelings on why you want to get in to the clan.
