4. How many kills and deaths do you have?: I have 31 kills and 10 deaths.
4b: What is your level developer’s rank?: I do not make maps, so my LDR is 0.
4c: How many player points do you have?: I don't have any player points.
5. Are you currently in a clan?: No. I am not currently in a clan.
5b. What clans have you been in before?: I haven't been in a clan before.
5c. What made you leave your earlier clans?: As I said, I don't have any clans before.

8. Why do you want to join BoZ?: I want to join BoZ because many of my favorite map makers are in BoZ, And I know that I have 31 kills, and 10 deaths. But. The real reason is that. I've never experienced a clan before. As I said in Q#5. I want to join BoZ to make friends. I know making friends is easy. But, I'm to shy.
9. Do you understand/have you read the “About” page?: Yes. I understand and red the About page.
10. Do you understand/have you read the recruitment process?: Yes. I red and understand.
11. Which members in BoZ do you know?: Some famous mapmakers like Max teabag, Stryde, etc.
12. What can you offer to the clan?: I can offer anything to the clan. My help. My loyalty. My respect.
13. How often do you play PB2?: I play PB2 Everyday.
14. What server do you usually play in?: I play in California, USA.
14b. What is your average ping in that server?: 240+
15. What is your favorite map?: stryde-sniper, x d-sniper, max teabag-gunshop, Etc.
16. How do you play PB2? (Any specific playing styles?): No. I play PB2, like how a normal gamer would.
17. What country are you from?: Lithuania->Russia->Poland->UK->Madagascar->America->"POLAND"

Overall the application isn't bad but you have made a couple of mistakes.
First of all, you clearly didn't read the recruitment process because you need 4000 kills at least to apply for member you only have 30. Meaning you have applied in the wrong fields.
Number 17 looks dodgy, like are you from all those places?
Finally you could have put more effort to question 12. Explain your reasons.
Soo you joined recently according to your application, how did you find out about BoZ?
