Even though there is no rule that allows us to deny for past behavior, in this case, it is probably best for the clans interests that we do.
We see that your past with nuking sites can affect our clan even though it may never happen again. It may lead to our clan being attecKed or other issues arising. We don't part take in these issues, and dont want these issues associated with the clan.
