4. How many kills and deaths do you have?: Kills: 1,610 Deaths: 2,133

4b: What is your level developer’s rank?: 0

5. What clans have you been in before?: Elixir, Evolution, Nova and Swarm.

5b. What made you leave your earlier clans?: Well, Evolution died. I was never active with elixir. I left/was forced to leave from Nova because I did not like the CCF. I left Swarm because I want to join Biohazard and I did not like the fact that Swarm was created to keep the Itami chat active.

6. Are you currently in a clan?: No I am not.

7. Do you have any alternative accounts?: xwarhammerx (I do not use it anymore).

8. Who recruited you?: No one in particular, I have just wanted to join Biohazard for a very long time and Krow told me to come here.

9. Why do you want to join BoZ?: It has been my dream clan for a very long time, and all of the Biohazard members act like family and I like that.

10. How often do you play?: 3-5 Times a week.

11. What server do you usually play in?: Washington server.

12. What is your favorite map?: stride-sniper or silentphoenix-os.

13. How do you play PB2? (Any specific playing styles?): I like to selfboost a lot and I am usually ok at dogging bullets.

14. Have you read and understood the “About” page?: Yes I have.

15. Have you read and understood the recruitment process?: Yes I have.

16. Which members in BoZ do you know: Krow and Maquino.

17. What can you offer to the clan: I could offer someone of a very fun personality and an okay fighter.

19. Extra comments/questions: I really love the Biohazard clan and it has been my goal to join Biohazard for a very long time, I really hope I make the cut.

Your alternate account has a clan tag from Sniped, not sure if you were ever in the clan, but if you weren't, why wear the tag?

I am sorry. I have not used that account for a long time. I don't even really consider that account mine anymore.

In that case, application is denied, failing to list all past clans
Feel free to re-apply within 2 weeks, and it may help to remove the clan tag in that account in the future
