Alternate accounts are a very hard thing to fix, ESPECIALLY if you gave them to someone with a different IP.

EDIT: In light of new evidence, the thread has been reopened for discussion.

I believe there is a trick to find all your alts, you could start using that but you still failed to list all your alts and maybe you shouldn't of have made all those alts.
It just would not be fair to let that problem slide by as lots of other people got denied for the same reason.
