3. How long have you been playing PB2?: About three months.
4. How many kills and deaths do you have?: Kills: 2 036 Deaths: 1 767
4b: What is your level developer’s rank?: 2.36
4c: How many player points do you have?: Player Points: 10.28 +0.04 daily Predicted Player Points: 11.07
5. Are you currently in a clan?: No.
5b. What clans have you been in before?: ToXiC, BoA, Assn$, Anti, and GSA.
5c. What made you leave your earlier clans?: Due to personal reasons, stress, and other reasons that have to do with my real life.
6. Do you have any alternative accounts?: Yes, one.

8. Why do you want to join BoZ?: Seems interesting, and I've been looking into BoZ for two weeks now.
9. Do you understand/have you read the “About” page?: Yes, I do.
10. Do you understand/have you read the recruitment process?: Yes.
11. Which members in BoZ do you know?: I don't know them personally, but I know Krow and FREESNACHER.
12. What can you offer to the clan?: Hopefully, I can offer my map making skills and sniper techniques.
13. How often do you play PB2?: I try to play at least 5 times a week.
14. What server do you usually play in?: Used to be the European Server, but I moved to CA so, it's the California Server now.
14b. What is your average ping in that server?: 80 - 130
15. What is your favorite map?: There are many maps I'd wish to put down, but stryde-sniper is at the top of my list.
16. How do you play PB2? (Any specific playing styles?): In a sniper match, I like to self-boost to the middle, and go to the bottom and try to sneak into the other side. Not that many styles, though.
17. What country are you from?: Japan, but I recently moved to California.
18. Extra comments/questions: Comment: It is quite interesting as to how BoZ has been part of PB2's Community for all this time.
19. What are you applying for: Member or Trial Member? - A Trial Member.

Application Denied. You cannot be in other clans when applying for BoZ.
